Course Confirmation Emails
MicroTrain may send multiple course confirmation emails prior to the start of a class.

MicroTrain (upon approval from the client) may send a text mesasge asking the client to confirm his or her attendance of the class.
Data and Text
MicroTrain/TheProfessional.Me will not charge you for texts. However, you may see usage charges from your service provider depending on the type of data/rate plan you are currently on.
How you may be charged for using MicroTrain/TheProfessional.Me on mobile
Your carrier will charge you for text messages from MicroTrain/TheProfessional.Me in the same way as text messages from someone you know. For example:
- If you have an unlimited texting plan, you won't be charged for texts.
- If your plan only allows a certain number of texts per month, you'll be charged for texts that go over that number, whether or not they came from MicroTrain/TheProfessional.Me
- If you pay-per-message, you will be charged by your carrier for the messages sent from MicroTrain/TheProfessional.Me.
Note that standard carrier rates do apply, your service provider might have fees for sending and receiving text messages or using your mobile browser to connect to TheProfessional.Me.
You may opt in or out of text messages from the user settings page.
